Support
$4,750 AUD /year
Specialist training for your people, plus visible resources in your workplace
Support for your own team. Specialist training equips your HR and leaders to recognise and respond when a male employee is living with family violence, backed by resources your workforce can see.
What your organisation receives:
- A tailored two-hour workshop for up to 18 of your People and Culture or leadership team, delivered across two one-hour sessions, covering: recognising the signs of family violence and coercive control in male employees, understanding why men don't disclose, and how to respond supportively when they do
- 20 workplace posters
- 100 informational brochures
Complete
Support
$6,000 AUD /year
Everything in Professional, plus confidential coaching for your employees
The full pathway. Everything in Professional, and a direct, private route from your workplace to specialist support.
What your organisation receives:
- Everything in the Professional tier, plus
- 15 confidential one-on-one coaching sessions per year, available to any employee, booked privately with no identifiable disclosure to the organisation required
- Additional blocks of 15 can be pre-purchased at a partnership rate if and when required.
