One-to-One Coaching for Male Survivors

"No matter how many times you are knocked down - You can Stand Again"

You dont have to navigate this alone

Separation, coercive control, and family violence leave a specific kind of damage — the kind that's hard to explain to people who haven't lived it. Confusion, self-doubt, emotional volatility, a loss of who you were before all of this.

I've been through it. I built Stand Again because I needed it to exist. And I coach because the right conversation at the right moment can change everything.

What coaching is

Private, one-on-one virtual sessions with a certified trauma-informed coach (ICAHP-recognised). A confidential space to make sense of what happened, stabilise what's happening now, and start building what comes next.

This is not clinical therapy. I don't diagnose or treat mental health conditions. What I offer is grounded, practical guidance from someone who understands the specific dynamics of male family violence — because I've lived them.

This coaching is for you if:

  • You're in the middle of divorce or family court proceedings and need someone in your corner to help you stay anchored and think clearly
  • You're struggling to regulate your emotions after separation and it's affecting your work, your parenting, or your health
  • You've lost your sense of who you are — your confidence, your identity, your direction
  • You're trying to understand what actually happened in your relationship and why it affected you the way it did

What a session looks like

60 minutes, one-on-one, via video call. You bring what's on your mind. We work through it together — practically, honestly, without judgment.

Sessions are available as a single booking or as a package for men who want continuity and commitment to their recovery.

Testimonials

" If you are able, book an appointment with him.

I have gotten more in two sessions with him than 4 months with a councillor. I wish I had found his content earlier, but now I have an understanding of what was happening to me and can begin to stand again."

"Stand Again is absolutely and completely accurate, true and real, in its descriptions, explanations, devastating harms caused, hopelessness, confusion, externally generated yet self-perceived potential insanity and the inhumaneness, of emotional abuse and coercive control perpetrated against men."

"Hello!   Just wanted to say "thank you!" for your great videos!  A good friend of mine asked me if his situation with his wife was normal - I said it wasn't.  But, I followed up by sending him a few of your videos.  Really opened his eyes!  Thanks for being strong & sharing your story.  I know at least one man that you helped to Stand Again!"
