One-to-One Coaching
Virtual Coaching for Male Survivors of Family Violence
We offer private, one-on-one coaching sessions designed specifically for men recovering from family violence, coercive control, and post-separation abuse.
All sessions are virtual and delivered by a certified trauma-informed coach (ICAHP-recognised), providing a confidential space to unpack your experience and rebuild your sense of clarity, strength, and direction.
Our coaching is not clinical therapy. We do not diagnose or treat mental health conditions. Instead, we offer grounded, strategic guidance for men navigating the emotional fallout and practical challenges of abusive dynamics.
You might be feeling confused, stuck, or overwhelmed — or perhaps you’re simply looking for someone who understands what you’ve been through. This coaching is here to help you make sense of the chaos, stabilise your emotions, and map a path forward with confidence.
